SoccerLeague
Troy Parks and Recreation Department has joined Future
Star Sports to bring you Fall Soccer.
This is a six week instructional league where no score
or standings are kept. Our goal is for players to have
fun while learning positioning, ball control, player
to player communication and teamwork on the field.
Future Star Sports provides coaches on the side line
and field. Parents are welcomed to watch and cheer but
are asked not to "coach" from the sideline.
Players develop faster when receiving instruction from
their head coach during games.
LEAGUE STRUCTURE
Co-ed Teams will be put together on a request basis.
(A maximum of 13 players/team.) Parents will receive
instruction how to submit a team request at the first
session.
Requests submitted by parents will be honored on a first
submitted, first place basis. Once the roster maximum
is reached, no additional players will be added. Team
jerseys provided.
Season ending participation medals for every player.
Week 1 - clinic instruction; ball control and
skill development. Meet the coaches. All schedule information
will be available online.
Week 2-6 - Game times will fluctuate between
10am and 1pm start times. (one hour games)
